We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@nexavale.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase of the new item.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please read the following guidelines carefully:
Before shipment: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we are happy to accommodate your request.
After shipment: Unfortunately, once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, unmarked and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
